Built on the same sole as the Sophie, the Harmony Shoes feature a medium-width sole that offers a snug and secure fit. The well-shaped toe box allows for natural toe movement, while the soft elastic band across the front ensures the shoe stays comfortably in place.
Crafted with a premium leather upper and a breathable textile lining, the Harmony Shoes also include a removable 2mm microfiber insole with a non-slip top layer for extra comfort. The zero-drop, flexible sole is 6mm thick, providing an 8mm stack height with the insole, ensuring a natural barefoot-like feel.

| Fitting Information | The ballet shoe sole is not as wide as the other Be Lenka sole units. It suits a medium width and medium to wide feet nicely. Similar in width to the Xero Phoenix but the sizing is a little different so a nice option if you find yourself between sizes in the Phoenix. It is also a little narrower on the heel than the Phoenix so better for narrower ankles. |

Be Lenka Adults All Day Comfort Sole Size Chart
One of the biggest challenges we face is standardising the sizing structure as sizing varies between brands. For example a UK4 for one brand may be significantly different to a UK4 in another.
To help you we have attempted to standardise this by measuring all our shoes in centimetres (Internal Shoe Measurement (cm)) and then converting into our UK size for familiarity purposes (HLS UK Size). Please note that this will usually vary a little from the manufacturers conversion (Be Lenka UK Size), which is shown on the box, as this is unavoidable as we try to standardise across all brands.
We recommend purchasing shoes which measure around 0.8-1.0cm bigger than the length of the longest foot measurement. Please see the table below detailing the Internal Shoe Measurement (cm) alongside the Foot Length (cm) this size shoe will fit.
Always buy based on the centimetre measurements of the shoe and the foot rather than the EU size, UK size or manufacturer's size.
