| Fitting Information | These shoes come in two width options. The standard width is a nice medium to wide fitting shoe. The wider fitting option is lovely and wide and wider than anything else we have on the website. Both widths have a good shape to the toe box with the standard width slightly more sloping to the little toe and the wider fit more square shaped. Both are quite a roomy fit so good for higher insteps. |

One of the biggest challenges we face is standardising the sizing structure as sizing varies between brands. For example a UK4 for one brand may be significantly different to a UK4 in another.
To help you we have attempted to standardise this by measuring all our shoes in centimetres (Internal Shoe Measurement (cm)) and then converting into our UK size for familiarity purposes (HLS UK Size). Please note that this will usually vary a little from the manufacturers conversion as this is unavoidable as we try to standardise across all brands.
We recommend purchasing shoes/trainers which measure around 0.8-1.0cm bigger than the length of the longest foot measurement. Please see the table below detailing the Internal Shoe Measurement (cm) alongside the Foot Length (cm) this size shoe will fit.
Always buy based on the centimetre measurements of the shoe and the foot rather than the EU size, UK size or manufacturer's size.
