Christmas Opening Times

Please note our customer service office and warehouse will be operating as normal until Monday 23rd December. Please see our opening times for Christmas and New Year below.

Our normal opening hours will resume from Thursday 2nd January.

Any orders placed before midday on Monday 23rd December will be dispatched as normal. Any orders placed after midday on Monday 23rd December will be dispatched from our warehouse as per the schedule below. 

All orders placed after midday on 1st January and before midday on 2nd January will be dispatched from our warehouse on either the 2nd or 3rd January. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

All orders placed after midday on 2nd January will be dispatched as per our normal delivery policy.

All deliveries are subject to the usual Royal Mail delivery times and no deliveries will take place on 25th December, 26th December, 29th December and 1st January. Royal Mail will keep you up to date with the progress of your delivery.

Please be aware that returns will only be processed during office opening hours (see above). We will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible once we have received it at our warehouse and we will notify you by email once it has been processed. Please note that when tracking your return it is marked as delivered once it reaches our local Royal Mail depot. It usually arrives at our warehouse within 2 working days after this date.
