Freet Adults Rockplate Insoles – Extra Underfoot Protection for Rugged Terrain
The Freet Rockplate Insoles are 2.0mm PVC inserts designed to provide added protection on rocky or uneven terrain. Ideal for trail running or hiking, they shield your feet from sharp stones and rough surfaces while maintaining the flexibility of your barefoot footwear.
These insoles are made to be worn beneath your OrthoLite insole for optimal comfort and protection. Compatible with all Freet 5in1 shoes, they are sized to fit two sizes, so we recommend buying the larger size and trimming to fit.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and between Christmas Eve and New Years Day when our warehouse is closed. All orders placed before 12noon will be dispatched the same day and any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. A quicker delivery option which will be sent via Royal Mail using 1st Class post. Usually delivered in 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail Next Working Day Tracked Delivery (conditions apply) = £9.99
Via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Available for orders placed before 12 noon (Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays).
