The Flexy F sandal is a smart leather enclosed sandal on the Flexy barefoot sole unit from Froddo. This is a Vibram sole which is zero-drop and 6mm thick with a 2mm leather lining. It still has the great shape to the toe box and is really nice and wide. The sandals are made high quality and hard wearing leather with a Chrome free leather lining and Chrome free, fixed leather insole. A double velcro fastener gives a great fit and adjustment for lots of foot shapes. These fit a little deeper than the Avi sandal so are better for higher insteps.
PLEASE NOTE: These sandals do come a little smaller than the original barefoot range and the Lia sandals as the stitched construction takes up some of the sole unit leaving less internal space. They have their own size guide as a result so do check the cm measurements!

Froddo Avi & Flexy F Sandals Size Chart
One of the biggest challenges we face is standardising the sizing structure as sizing varies between brands. For example a UK4 for one brand may be significantly different to a UK4 in another.
To help you we have attempted to standardise this by measuring all our shoes in centimetres (Internal Shoe Measurement (cm)) and then converting into our UK size for familiarity purposes (HLS UK Size). Please note that this will usually vary a little from the manufacturers conversion, which is shown on the box, as this is unavoidable as we try to standardise across all brands.
We recommend purchasing sandals which measure around 0.5-0.8cm bigger than the length of the longest foot measurement. Please see the table below detailing the Internal Shoe Measurement (cm) alongside the Foot Length (cm) this size shoe will fit.
Always buy based on the centimetre measurements of the shoe and the foot rather than the EU size, UK size or manufacturer's size.
