Froddo Barefoot Waterproof Winter Boots Blue
A taller winter boot from the Froddo barefoot range with the benefit of a waterproof TEX membrane and a warm wool lining and thermal fixed wool insole. The ultimate boot to keep feet warm and dry this winter on the new 'Extra Grip' barefoot sole unit. This sole is designed for more grip than the standard barefoot sole but is the same shape and width. The sole is 5mm thick with a 1mm lug. It is zero-drop, thin and flexible with the same wide toe box we have come to expect from the Froddo Barefoot range.
In addition to the waterproof membrane these cosy boots are made with a leather and synthetic mesh water repellent upper which is eco-friendly, hard-wearing, water and dirt repellent and breathable. The boots have a redesigned tongue to reduce water ingress over the top of the boot as shown in the product images. However this is still not a full gusseted tongue so water will ingress over the top of the boot
Please note that this boot is NOT designed as a welly substitute, it is a fabric boot with a waterproof membrane and is designed as an everyday boot. It is not suitable for paddling or wading.

Froddo Barefoot Boots Size Chart
One of the biggest challenges we face is standardising the sizing structure as sizing varies between brands. For example a UK4 for one brand may be significantly different to a UK4 in another.
To help you we have attempted to standardise this by measuring all our shoes in centimetres (Internal Shoe Measurement (cm)) and then converting into our UK size for familiarity purposes (HLS UK Size). Please note that this will usually vary a little from the manufacturers conversion, which is shown on the box, as this is unavoidable as we try to standardise across all brands.
We recommend purchasing boots which measure around 1.0-1.5cm bigger than the length of the longest foot measurement. For smaller feet and new walkers (EU20-22) we recommend adding a little less around 0.8cm. Please see the table below detailing the Internal Shoe Measurement (cm) alongside the Foot Length (cm) this size shoe will fit.
Always buy based on the centimetre measurements of the shoe and the foot rather than the EU size, UK size or manufacturer's size.
