Built on Realfoot's unique sole unit, the Natural Runner provides maximum toe space with an extra-wide fan-shaped toe box, ideal for the widest feet. The 4mm sole, combined with a 4mm multi-layer removable insole, offers excellent flexibility while protecting feet from hard impacts, sharp objects, and cold surfaces.
