Please note: While the outsole is zero-drop, the included insole features a slight heel rise. For a fully barefoot experience, we recommend wearing the trainers without the insole or replacing it with a flat, thin insole. All size measurements are provided without the insole to ensure accuracy. If using the included insole, the internal length will be reduced by approximately 0.5cm.
