The Vivobarefoot Junior Lumi Boots in Grasshopper Green are designed to keep young feet warm, dry, and free during the coldest winter adventures. Engineered to be Vivobarefoot’s warmest ever kids' boots, the Lumi combines full waterproof protection with barefoot flexibility for natural, sensory-rich movement in all conditions.
Crafted from a vegan-friendly, recycled synthetic upper, these boots are treated with hydrophobic coatings and feature sealed seams and a breathable waterproof membrane. This ensures feet stay dry no matter how wet or snowy the environment. A smart thermal insole helps regulate foot temperature, keeping feet toasty while maintaining the lightweight and thin sole feel that barefoot footwear is known for.
The Kids Firm Ground Sole offers exceptional grip with a 2mm base and 3.5mm multi-directional lugs, making them ideal for wild play on muddy, snowy, or icy terrain. The drawstring collar with a toggle closure makes these easy to slip on and adjust, while also sealing out water and snow.

Vivobarefoot Kids Boots Size Chart
One of the biggest challenges we face is standardising the sizing structure as sizing varies between brands. For example a UK4 for one brand may be significantly different to a UK4 in another.
To help you we have attempted to standardise this by measuring all our shoes in centimetres (Internal Shoe Measurement (cm)) and then converting into our UK size for familiarity purposes (HLS UK Size). Please note that this will usually vary a little from the manufacturers conversion (Vivo UK Size), which is shown on the box, as this is unavoidable as we try to standardise across all brands.
We recommend purchasing boots which measure around 1.0-1.5cm bigger than the length of the longest foot measurement. For smaller feet and new walkers we recommend around 0.8cm. Please see the table below detailing the Internal Shoe Measurement (cm) alongside the Foot Length (cm) this size shoe will fit.
Always buy based on the centimetre measurements of the shoe and the foot rather than the EU size, UK size or manufacturer's size.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and between Christmas Eve and New Years Day when our warehouse is closed.
